Accessibility and Usability Statement

The IVDP, IP Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto, I.P. undertakes to make the website Digital Knowledge Portal available, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 83/2018, of October 19, which transposes Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications.

The website Digital Knowledge Portal of the IVDP, IP Instituto dos Vinhos do Douro e do Porto, I.P. fully complies with Decree-Law No. 83/2018 of 19 October.

This statement was updated on 2023-07-31. In accordance with Article 9 of Decree-Law No. 83/2018, entities must adopt the monitoring procedures presented below. Procedures A) and B) are mandatory. Procedure C) is recommended.

V. Reporting situations of discrimination

According to number 1 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 83/2018, of 19 October, whenever a person with a disability is subject to less favorable treatment than he or she is, has been or will be given to another person in a comparable situation, which constitutes a discriminatory practice against people with disabilities, provided for and punished under the terms of Article 4 of the Law n.º 46/2006, of August 28th, that person may file a complaint, in accordance with the provisions of Decree-Law 34/2007, of February 15. The National Institute for Rehabilitation (INR, I.P.), provides a form to report situations of discrimination, forwarding the complaints presented to the competent authorities. Annually, the INR, I.P. draws up an annual report on the application of the law that prohibits and punishes discrimination on grounds of disability and the existence of an aggravated health risk (Law no. 46/2006, of 28 August).
